    I have applied for google adsense for 2 times but every time I am getting error response

    Site does not comply with Google policies

    ...is usually Google's polite way of telling you the site sucks. It is a useless site; just parrots what you copied from other sites and adds no value to the web.
    Its not going to get Adsense and there is nothing you can do to improve it to the point where it would.

    There are probably a zillion similar sites in India already and at least one of them gets rejected daily from adsense.
