Error with Adwords!help

    After click " Billing" ,then see report :" Payment declined: Visa ...4837 for $50.00, No reason given"
    What the problem?

    There could be a few reasons. Why don't you ask them?

    Some possibilities:

    1. Non matching information between what you gave Adwords and what the CC company has. It could be the address, phone number. I used to work at a call center and got lots of such calls. I've seen people rejected because "street" was used with the CC and "st" when they purchased online. This triggered a flag in the system. Typoes are also very common either on the customer's part or the CC company's.

    2. Obviously, make sure you have not passed your CC limit.

    3. Another common reason when I worked at the call center are cards issued in one country but address in another. That triggers huge flags. The large, well-known ecommerce site I worked for did not accept CCs issued in countries other than US or Canada if I recall correctly.

    4. Enter your info in the expected format. In the US for example, the standard for dates is month/year while in most of the rest of the world it's year/month. Switching them will certainly make your card be declined.

    Contact your CC and make sure the information they have is correct and up to date. Then contact Google, they may be able to tell you why and correct any issues. Contact them in this order. At the call center, we had purple flags. We were instructed to say "I don't know" while the reason stared us in the face (usually different info, most often the phone number) and to contact their CC company.

    Note that if you order from work and give your work phone number, this will make a card be declined as it's not the number the CC has. Always use the same information the CC has. Finally, at the call center, the CC would randomly pick buyers and tell us not to honor the purchase until the user called from the number on file. A pain but just one more of the security features to protect both themselves and you.

    The only time I ever received that message was when my account was short funds. If that is the case just fund your account and resubmit the payment and your ads will begin showing again.
