Feedback Error while visit via Crome

    Hi,..

    I currently running ads here on DP forum, got something error while uploading image banner, so I'm searching related thread about it. And I found similar question it say this user got error too while uploading banner,

    Shawn say try use crome instead firefox, I take the advice and got this error

    Nope... never seen that one before.

    Are you going through a proxy or something (it could be your upstream ISP is forcing the traffic through a proxy)? If there is a proxy between you and our servers, it's probably attempting to spoof the SSL credentials (which could be used for a man in the middle attack).

    I don't use any proxy,.. so what should I do,.. is any change to upload banner in digitalpoint ads without using crome browser..??

    Nope, nothing has changed on this end with any of that. Are you able to see the SSL certificate your browser was presented with when you get that error?

    Normally you can click on the lock in the browser URL area, then Connection -> Certificate Info

    If you go to the Details tab there, does it tell you what part of the certificate is invalid for you?

    Location isn't going to be an issue... At least not directly. It could certainly be that their ISP is doing something squirrelly with the traffic (like using an upstream proxy).
