Error while running apache 2.2.0

    I have just installed apache 2.2.0 on my Solaris machine.

    But when I try to run it, it gives me the following error:

    httpd: Syntax error on line 93 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Can't locate API module structure `ssl_module' in file /usr/local/apache2/modules/mod_ssl.so: ld.so.1: /usr/local/apache2/bin/httd: fatal: ssl_module: can't find symbol


    Can anyone please tell me, why is this happening?

    Do you have OpenSSL installed?

    Is LD_LIBRARY_PATH aware of your OpenSSL library path?
