Problem probably is you need have your xml sitemap in the root. But why don't you tell what errors you are getting? Just click the sitemap/error to see errors. If unsure, check this article about sitemap errors in Google Webmaster Tools

    From sitemaps.org (http://sitemaps.org/protocol.php#location)
You should put your sitemap in the root, if you want to include links for your entire site. Your current sitemap location should only include files with [www. softbuz. com/site-map/windows/] folder.

I suggest you read the sitemaps.org
It is better you generate your site map by this format

That error message indicates you are using URLs with-www and non-www various places. Settle on one of them. Redirect the other to what you decided. Update GWT to what you want to use. Upload and submit a corrected sitemap to GWT. More info available in this sitemaps and multiple domains article (and technically www is a subdomain of your primary domain)

i was having problems with sitemap.xml and found that it was the preceding "www" in my domain name. No errors now that it was straightened out.

I still cannot figure out what went wrong with my sitemap.

    http://www.604cleaner.com/sitemap.xml

    Google kept showing error:

"We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit."

    Please help.
