Error Saying Exceeded Daily Budget - But Not Even Close

    My AdWords account has been stopping early in the day for the last 2 days. It states I've exceeded my daily budget, but I have a daily budget set of several thousand, and I have spent only $9.99 today. (it stopped at $36 yesterday)

    When I hold my cursor over the keywords, it gives me the exceeded daily budget error... anyone know what gives?
