Error r4 & r5 - domain bought via snap

    Hi Guys, I just picked up a domain via snap and it has been transferred to answerable.com

    I have gone into to change the dns and got error

    [r5] Error Message: Unable to connect to Registry. Please try again.

    when I tried to park at sedo

    and

    [r4] Error Message: Unable to connect to Registry. Please try again.

    when I tried to forward to webspace

    I have sent a ticket in but any suggestions?
