Error on Web Server / Filemaker

    I've started getting an error when Filemaker starts on the Web Server;

    <"Export_" could not be found and is required to complete this operation.>

    clicking "OK", I then get;

    <Databases are inaccessible to Web users, because you selected Web Security database in preferences but the Web Security Database is not open.

    To enable Web access, either switch to Filemaker Pro Access Privileges, or click OK, and open the Web Security database.>

    I click "OK", open the the "Web Security.fp5" database, but web access is still down.

    Any ideas?

    It is win2k machine running FM5.5 Unlimited and the Optigold Web server app.
    It is accessed from another server running Optiskin, which is visible from the internet. The server giving the error message (the win2k running FM5.5 Unlimited) is on a backoffice LAN, not visible from the internet.

    I've reinstalled FM5.5 Unlimited and Optigold and the error remains.
