Error on setup page

I have the following error on the top of the setup page:

No such file or directory in /home/.sites/28/site1/web/tools/ad-network/setup.php on line 16

It appears that this problem has been around for a while, but from other comments the ad network is still running.

Please could someone fix this problem.

Also, another user please post the correct code? Inside the box for the ad_network_360.php file: I get

360'http://ads.digitalpoint.com/network.php?c=' . $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME']1<br />	if (substr (@$_SERVER['DOCUMENT_NAME'], -6) == '.shtml') {

the above is obviously incorrect. Please could someone post the correct stuff. I think I'll be able to make it work if I get the rest of the code.
