Yup best bet is to talk to the person who last touched your directory.

    Cheers

And I'm suprised you didn't wrote or PM to me first.
You know I can solve most of errors in seconds.
    Same was this time.

Yaa i agree there, but the thing any professional person who hands over a directory to someone after some work is done checks his/her own work, but anyways thats just me as i follow that principle. Not sure how others go about it.

But good to see problem solved.

Shouldn't talk this way as you can't know details.
    In this case:
Such error is not showing every time. I did checked it and it was working fine.
However the error could happen many other times.
Also every time after installation I ask client to make several tests and inform me in case of errors.
    Nobody's perfect.

I know popular mods here causing problems in 50% (or more) of submissions.
    Also on templates dir.
But nobody's talking about it ...

if you are using smarty class then you may run into problems!

Don't know what you're talking about. Each programming language, each class can cause errors if used not correctly.
Enough is to make simple typo error.
Even using html you may run into problems!
Even using your own wife! :D
