Hello friends my site showing errors i have registered a domain in 3ix.com if i enter www.techstud.org its not loading but if i enter techstud.org its loading may know the reason.. is there anything technically behind this i asked the live chat help they said if you use wordpress you cant use this domain is it true... but i found many of them are using it both of them... help me please
It could be that subdomain is not allowed for your domain or you haven't configure it yet. Maybe you could elaborate more on your domain and site's nature so someone here could give more helpful answer.
