Can anyone please help me: I am trying to enter my certificate request so my SSL Certificate can be processed for approval and I can generate the CSR and then I login to godaddy and enter all the requested info and I keep getting the following error message: Error occurred retrieving information for the specified credit id Any ideas on what it means?, I am waiting for Godaddy tech support to help out but it is taking a very long time for them to respond. Thanks!
