Error Message - MySQL 2006 has gone away?

    2006 MySQL server has gone away
    in:

    [select customers_email_format from zen_customers where
    customers_email_address= 'sales@cncsupplystore.com']
    2006 MySQL server has gone away
    in:
    [select count(*) as total from zen_sessions where sesskey =
    '456f2ffbe7901e7b274c8eb2af621c3f']


    i use cpanel11 and zencart.
    I got this message when trying to do a test credit card transaction. It failed and I got this error message above. Does anyone know what I need to do?

    I don't have a error log on my cpanel. I found this site that explains more about it, but still not sure exactly what to do.
    I can't add the link because I'm new here.

    but it says it's a client error?

    I would ask your MySQL administrator to check the log for you then.
