Error loading xml document (Myspace) windows xp

    Hello and thank you for your time.

    A friend of mine had some new hardware installed on his computer the other night.
    during the process of installing the new hardware certain programs were deleted via add/remove program to free up more memory.

    It would seem inadvertently that a necessary program or file was removed allowing myspace to load music.

    The issue my friend is having is, when he visits bands myspace pages, the page loads fine, but where the play list should be he sees an error message stating: Error loading xml document.

    He sees this message in place of video’s as well.

    Does anyone have any suggestions where we can look to see about reinstalling the required software to correct this issue, is it even possible??
