Error Loading My Site--What Does it Mean?

    I moved my blog to WordPress recently. It's been working fine for a day or two, but I've been changing lots of settings. Now it doesn't work and gives this error when loading:

    That is a PHP error which may recieve a better answer in the PHP section.
