Error in Youtube monetization

I have a adsense account. Today when I try to monetize with the youtube, after verifying the channel with the phone number I got the error message as "Choose your country location before signing up for monetization."

When I click on choose your country location, It goes to https://www.youtube.com/advanced_settings. But there is no option to select the country. Kindly suggest me to solve the same.

Does it give you an error of any kind?
Or is that you just can't find the option?

What countries are you trying to use? Have you tried signing out, signing back in, changing IPs or browsers - look for similar problems in Googles Forums? Have you contacted them?

 

Sent feedback in the youtube channel page, not sure if it helps.

 

Did you choose a help topic, I mean was there an option to explain your problem - Like:
monetization help
video upload help
general help.....
see what I mean? If they've got you covered in the subject of the question, you've contacted a good resource, otherwise, you need to do some feedback/help requests in another area. Also, did you log out and log back in fresh?

 

Now this option not available, So you try another way.
I mean Change your google plus Country. Or, Sign out all account like gmail, youtube and log in.
Or, use any ip changer and select your country ip.
Or ,you change your operating, because this problem is your country ip problem.

Yes, and dont forget, sometimes browsers will effect your presence on the internet. My browser gets banned from forums all the time because it has some kind of weird proxy thing going on. But when I switch to my second favorite browser, BOOM, I am no longer banned at the same exact website. Its crazy! There may be some settings blocking the website from determining where you are. Maybe the map does not like that.

 

Yes of course browser are very effected. I suggest him to use google chrome browser, its better.

 

Good idea about google chrome. One more thing. Do your videos have content in them that may be banned in certain countries? Are you using some of youtubes background music? It can block monetization too if you dont get it just right. But I think you are speaking about the issue as a whole, rather than just one video, if I'm not mistaken. I have had a lot of learning curves with youtube and adsense in the past ten years.

 

I support you, because YouTube have a new terms and condition. I mean his video was copyright. I am also a YouTube partner.

Can anyone see the country dropdown like the one is this video? I cannot see it on mine.
