error in the adwords system? input needed...

okay well I woke up this morning to see almost all of my campaigns with a $10 minimum bid. I deleted the campaign and remade it with a new url(same domain) and some old and new keywords etc etc... , but I still got a $10 minimum bid.

The weird thing is, I'm still getting impressions, but ata much lower rate than when the keywords were active. I also got a click on this new campaign which in adwords says ALL my keywords are inactive.

No, this was not from the content network. what's going on?

 

You should read around. This was apparently a "Bug" which is being looked into. We all knew something would happen today. Luckily, I was not effected too much. Make sure your QS for all keywords is GREAT (Not OK or Poor).

You shouldn't have deleted the campaign. You'll loose all your historical keyword level data.
