I have my site running but there is a error some where in it anyone know how I would fix this error to make the site work right

you might have an include file being called twice, but its not hugely important.

 

By the look of it your loaded html document has two entities (such as <img src="http://www.site.com/image.jpg" src="http://www.site.com/image2.jpg" />) which throws the error for lines 7 and 159 in that html code
