I believe the default page is missing in your sub-directory. Upload index.html, index.htm, index.php etc. Once you upload your default page it should work.

Did you upload default page (index.php, index.html etc. which ever is set for your web site)? If you have not uploaded it you will need to access your site using domain.com/folder/somepage.php

    In your .htaccess

    Put this line

    Options +Indexes
