I receive the following error when I try checking one of my keywords. I blanked out my Google API intentionally. All of the others work fine.

Could have been a HTTP request timeout or something with the script waiting for your end to respond (could have been the Google API was running terribly slow and you having it set to look 200 deep could take awhile).

The weird thing though is that this only happens for one keyword/site combination, and it happens all the time. I have other keywords on Google that aren't found in the top 200 and those run fine.

I've been monitoring Google with no problems, but today I decided to try to add the Advanced Script and watch Yahoo! and MSN.

I get a similar error to the one listed above by MoreSolutions, but the error message ends in:

...failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/.sites/28/site1/web/tools/keywords/functions.php on line 111

    Any suggestions??

What it ends in is not the important part. The important part is what it begins with.

The sequence of three error messages that I receive is, in full except Google key:

Warning: file_get_contents(http://swopnet.com/digital_point_sc...ure.info&key=123456789012345678901234567890): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/.sites/28/site1/web/tools/keywords/functions.php on line 111

Warning: file_get_contents(http://swopnet.com/digital_point_sc...999&q=stricture&u=http://www.stricture.info): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/.sites/28/site1/web/tools/keywords/functions.php on line 111

Warning: file_get_contents(http://swopnet.com/digital_point_sc...q=stricture&u=http://www.stricture.info&s=1): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/.sites/28/site1/web/tools/keywords/functions.php on line 111

The error message says this is coming from my server.

Check the advanced usage script URL under your settings (it's wrong).

Got it fixed. Web hosting company did not permit Execute by the world, so I had to move the script to a host that did.
