Error 404 when connecting database to dreamweaver

    I am getting an error 404 when I try to connect my MYSQL database with Dreamweaver. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do to fix this?

    Most likely you need to add a user to the database and specifically allow access from your network/ip address.
