Error 404 in my logs.

I've beening a specific domain as the referrer to a non-existant page on my site.

The page is "/frontend/x/stats/"

I go to the referring page and find no links to my site, what gives?

Could be referrer spam, how often do they hit you?

Looks like cpanel may have some sort of bug, at least an XSS bug, perhaps something else.

 

I've seen the same site as a referrer 4-6 times in june, today was the first time for july.

The referer is a pr0n TGP site.

probably referrer spam. (if you listed recent referrers they'd get a free backlink off your site and perhaps some hits). But it could be a cpanel exploit masquerading as referrer spam, some of these folks are tricky.
