Error 301 and google effect

    I have a blog and i would to change the permalink of all my post to soemthing else. I have a established blog. I will put 301 in it which will redirect it automatically to my new permalink structure. Will this have any effect on google and my serps? on page rank? what about sites that have linked my posts ?

    harmful or beneficial?

    You shouldn't have any issue's. You may even pass on some of the PR from the old pages :confused:
