Error 1146 Table 'mysql.proc' doesn't exist.

    Table 'mysql.proc' doesn't exist
    Help, how to fix it?
    I think so:
    Mysql.exe mysql-u root-p - force mysql <mysql_fix_privilege_tables.sql
    Then another question, where to get mysql_fix_privilege_tables.sql?
    give a link where to download the script to fix ..
