Erratic relevancy ads being displayed

    Hi all.

I have been using Google Adsense for some time now, but am now really cracking down on getting the most from them, and notice extremely erratic behaviour regarding the relevancy of the adverts being served. This is losing me money...

My site had been active since 2006 and have done everything I can to help Google crawl it, etc... and have done everything possible to help Google to serve me relevant adverts (using the google-start--> bits, etc...) but the relevancy is very very erratic, to the degree that my earnings can triple or cuadruple when the correct ads are displayed, then I notice the earnings go back down again when non-relevant ads are displayed.

I could understand it if the ads were NEVER relevant as it would indicate that there is a problem, but sometimes they are relevant, some times they are not. I can't spend all day excluding sites as surely this is not the right way to do things. I am not asking how to make my ads more relevant (well I am in a way), as sometimes they are displayed correctly, it seems more a fault with Google.

Can anyone help me understand what is goign on? I really want to contact Google as I am now starting to be unhappy with the service.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Would help to see the site...sometimes there may be certain things in the content that really trigger the ads even if they aren't intended to.

hi, yes, sorry, the site is w ww.jobsinthecanaries.c om most pages on the main part of the site seem to be more or less ok, but every now and then they display wrong ads. the forum, the most popular part that gets the most hits, is much more temperamental w ww.jobsinthecanaries.c om/forum (apologies for the spaces). the ads i am interested in are the ones related to the canary islands (the site, as per the title, is for jobs in the canary islands) yet I get all kinds of ads served. as mentioned, i could understand it if they were always wrong, but i have owrked hard to get them right, but they keep on dropping off and i get served with non-relevant ads.

    thanks for your time
