Weird, I was just lamenting my EPN sales as usual - I usually look at the Daily Report. Then I download the Transaction Report for June and there are 3 times more sales registered in there, which I knew nothing about! Most of them do not show up in the daily report or on the Dashboard! I'm not complaining, but what gives?! Has anyone else noticed this?
Just as an update to this - I just realised that the increased number of transactions this month were mostly due to a large number of sales which were all logged to clicks originated on the 30th May at 19:58, with the sales occurring on 31st May and the post date being 1st June! Anyone else had that happen? I checked out the items and they did not all end on the 31st, however they were all from the same buyer and were all of similar items, yet not from the same seller! Would some kind of sniping script produce that effect, because that's really weird!? Not that I mind...!
I guess either the dashboard or the download is not retrieving data properly from their database. Seems like another issue for Ebay to find out. I really wonder how they test their EPN before going live!
Yes, it just gets sillier.... Course, I just realised that the sales having the same click time was normal, I just never had one person buy that much stuff at once! But the different post dates are suss, as is the main fact, that my sales are not showing up in the web interface! If anyone else is down on sales, maybe you should download the transaction report - you might have a pleasant surprise
