Is it possible to implement location tracking if you're using something like PHPbay, with the EPN program - so that visitors can see products from their region's ebay service when they visit your site? I've only found one tutorial, and it requires that you pay some 3rd party service called Maxmind for a limited number of IP lookups...however, I can't understand why there is no free way to do this. If anyone could shed some light on it, please do!
