i tried to create epn account twice.

but they decline my application. i didn't have any account before

can anyone tell me

how to create epn account

any ideas plz

Well that was quick.

 

Make a real, legit site, like a wordpress blog. Then try to apply. They get so much junk applications, that they have to refuse a lot of them.
