i am from philippines and want to join affiliate to EPN. Do I need to build website first (bans or etc..) before I signup at epn? Do EPN accept affiliate from philippines? thanks skywalkerph
ePn is not currently approving any new accounts to promote the US program. If you are interested in promoting for one of the other countries you might have a shot, but their tracking and reporting have never been accurate so you will be taking a huge risk.
