ePassporte Vs PayPall

Hi people. I have a problem. I really need to use ePassporte and I signed up for a personal account. The problem is that it needs to be activated and the only way is to receive 5$ from another ePassporte account, and I don't know anybody else.

So,please, someone, send me 5$ via ePassporte and I`ll pay you via PayPall right away.

Please help, my ePassporte account is alarik.

This is strange. The last time when I had the ePassporte account, the way to activate it was to fund the account through my own credit card. I did not know that they charged the policy.

Thats very strange, why not bank or credit card deopsit, but funds from other epassporte account ?

 

I don't know...that's what it says clearly.

 

Which country are you from ? Maybe that is what makes the difference ? Was there an option to verify through a credit card because that is the easier way to determining who you are. Did you actually apply through a sponsor ?

I see that one of the restriction is that you cannot load the account with a credit card or be able to receive any money from another epassporte personal account so getting someone to fund your account would be useless and it would not work too.

 

I need to receive 5$ from a business account...

 

The only business account around are from Sponsors or those who issue their own customized cards. Most of us do not qualify that.
