My experience was that although I was able to add the ePassporte Virtual Visa to Paypal, I cannot use it to make any purchases at all. I did write to ePassporte about it last year and they told me that they have blocked all payments to Paypal due to the increased level of frauds.

I was not aware that they lifted that already.

Could you write to ePassporte and ask ? It may help.

Why do you think they lifted the Paypal ban?
Few days ago I tried to pay $25 for some stuff through Paypal Business account with my Epass virtual card and it was declined, but my Epass statement showed: '-$1 PAYPAL' transaction. Isn't that funny? They took just $1, probably some kind of authorization.
Btw, that guy sad he used it only for lifting of the withdrawal limit on his U.S. paypal account.

I got no idea. I did not think they did lift the ban. Yes, I would think that the $1 deducation was some kind of authorization which should be reversed within 30 days. The card is still valid, they just did a reactive ban on all transactions involving Paypal.

I would supposed that using it for raising limits may be possible but nothing beyond that since the lifting of limits merely determines if the credit card added is real.

I noticed that when I added my Epassporte Virtual Visa last year, it did not even ask me to go through the Expander Use Program while when I added Payoneer Mastercard and my local Credit card, it would ask me to go through that process.
