For those who have used epassporte to pay affiliates/associates:
    1. Can you pay with personal account or business account only?
    2. Do they email the card to the receiver? They say they do, but do they?;)
    3. They say they limit operations in some countries. Will you be able to send a CC to a partner in Pakistan?
    4. Anything else that I should know before signing up?

    Your input is much appreciated!

I am on the paying end. You can send money with your personal account but you can only do like 5 a day at 0.25cents each transfer. With a Business account, you can send to more people at once at $2 each transfer.

Well, you can have them send Virtual Visa accounts for your affiliiates and they will receive it via email. They have the option of getting the physical Debit Card.

Although they will not stop anyone from signing up with them, some countries are restricted. You see those with the '**' as one of those.

    With Pakistan, the limitations are

Hi Eddy, thanks for your reply, very helpful:)!
If you don't mind my additional questions... (no help from epassporte, no email reply after 3 days)!

    1. So I won't be able to "issue" the physical debit card for the person, I will need to buy him a virtual cc gift account, which he then uses to buy the plastic debit card, right? Is this the same for business and personal accounts?

    2. Do you know if you can upgrade from personal to business account? I don't want to shell out $100 right from the start.

    3. Can you post a link to the information you posted?

    Thank you very much!

I actually got to know about ePassporte because I am using Regsoft.com and its holding company, Digital River, starting offering ePassporte as an option to receive payment. There was some customized order links that I signed up with and I had to pay some $55 to get the card. The Sponsor can apply for the Debit Cards for their Affiliates as long they the sponsor pays the $35 for the card. I believe you can customized the detail of the card because my card has the Digital River logo on it. Here is what my card looks like https://www.regsoft.net/regsoft/epassport.html

Yes, with the virtual CC card, he could buy a Debit Card.

I am not sure if you can upgrade from a person to a business account. I would think not as they seems to be on different side of the mirror. The Business account is mainly used to Pay and the Personal account is mainly used to receive payment.
