unfortunately, ePassporte has disabled this function to certain countries. I'm in the US and transfers between account holders is no longer possible. :(

You may have to file a complaint with the bbb or the ftc.

Well, its not ePassporte's fault .. its usual communication error which happens even when you use your Bank's ATM card.

But the fault of ePassporte is that they are not replying your emails .. Being in adult, we have been in close touch with ePassporte .. and I know that their customer service is backlogged for weeks .. you might get reply after 30-60 days. lol ..

But let me give you a solution, Contact Micheal (keyser) on ICQ # 95-431-302 and tell him your problem .. He is ePassporte rep and will surely help you in this.

Meanwhile, I will send Micheal link to this thread and hopefully he will try to contact you himself.

I am very positive that you will get your money back. Do post here if you do.

    Good luck.

PS: To people scared to use ePassporte .. I have been using them for years and have send/receive/withdrew thousands of dollars through them .. I never had loss of a single $$ with them. Sometime, when I need to contact support for something .. they suck, but overall I recommend using them. ePassporte + Micheal = Great Service!

Of course I got in touch with Michael, I filled a document, I faxed it to Epassporte, I scanned it and I sent it through email to Michael

    It was 2 days ago

Today I got an email from the CS department

I will know what's going on with my $500 in 1 month

Epassporte is fine ? Yes maybe - But it sucks

I will let you know in 1 month if I've been scammed or not ...

In the meantime, I do not know if I'm going to get my money back on my account, the money they owe me

Do you think it is an acceptable situation ?

ps : I do use Epassporte for months (maybe about 2 years)

1 month is too much if I compare it to 2 days when same happened to me while using ATM Card of my local bank.

But when we compare it to online payment processors like ePassporte, VMI etc. It seems reasonable.

Look, what a member above said:

Be patient, you will not loose your money. Neither ePassporte guys are scammer nor international payment systems are so messed up that no one have clue where your money is gone.

I got to take back my love for epassporte (see Sept 1.)

They are driving me up the wall recently. Friday night I tried to withdraw $600 into my bank account and got the error message I get about half the time saying they couldn't communicate with my bank and to try again. This is normally no big deal... Except this time they took the $600 from my account. I called them (and waited for about 45 minutes to talk to anyone) and finally they said that yeah, oops, they took my money out and it wasnt going into the bank. So they said I had to wait up to 7 business days to put the money that was erroneously taken out of my account back in. They put it back in (well before 7 biz days, so I give them credit for that) and I was able to make the withdrawal. No big deal right? Everyone makes mistakes.

Except the exact same thing happened again tonight. Again I have to wait on the phone forever and I finally get to talk to someone and he says "All of our processors are down right now..." and basically just to wait and check to see if the money goes back into my account tomorrow.

While I'm sure I will eventually get my money back and I don't think they are scammers. This is just too much time spent trying to make sure my money goes where it's supposed to. I'm in the midst of changing my affiliate programs so that they deposit directly into my bank (even if there's a bit of a fee for it) just to bypass all of this headache in the future.

i never trust online given ATM cards..(unless i m in USA which is the route of such cards) they work in certain atms in certain country.. while other foreign ATMS tends to look them with high security and zapsssssssss it or eats its balance..

When I first started online i tried maestro card from a reliable source,, and my country ATM ZAPPED IT and when i went to bank they say the card is not accepted in our system try another.. i tried around 10. and 1 accepted it .. and when i hit enter to cashout.. it deducted my money without giving me anything..
