Today a DP member was paying me thru his epassporte accnt and he said on entering my details he gets the following msg: In my account ( epass ) i am being told to receive $5 first. that is because you are comming from 3rd world country and the have restriction for new users from that countries just for security... i think that you need to wait few months or send them support ticket to see if new rules are in play .... you have restriction only on receiving money from non-business epass but if you have money you can use it normal at atm or pos...
you are from India???Indian epas accounts cant recv money from non business accounts...they can recv money only from epass Business account holders
