ePassporte payment problem (noy paying)

I have some money (actually good amount) on my ePassporte account,
I used all money of Visa card by St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank
but still hv money on main ePassporte account

I sent them all documents they asked on there site
months after months going on but still nothing

I am also waiting for wire transfer now for very long time. I am losing hope.

 

I received a message from them by email, saying that they will send my money soon..what about you?

I have the same problem regarding epassporte wallet funds.
I have uploaded online the required documents and I'm waiting since October 2010.
The bigger problem is that I really need to change my bank account and probably when(IF) epassporte sends me the money(finally), the banking information will be invalid.
I cannot add a new bank account or re-upload any new documents to epassporte.
I have written emails regarding this problem to epassporte wallet requests. Of course, nobody answered.
Is epassporte waiting for everybody to have to change their bank account so they can have a slight decent excuse why they did not send the money to all of us ?
Its outrageous, somebody should do something about this.

 

Yes, i got all my money from epassporte when they were announced closing but i don't know present situation.

Same here i upload all the documents butt all files are still in pending status i even reply them many time about when my amount arrive but reality is they cheat us.
