    Hello i need help to making a epassporte account When i signup it require 5$ but i d;nt have cc dc so i c;nt pay them if anybody can help me i will pay 10$ to him thanx

    You have the option of adding funds both through credit card or bank account. Ask a relative or your parents to help, it's easier.
