guys does the epassporte gift acount can be used the way ikobo card was . i mean can i creat a friend a gift card acount that will get him a debit card that i can load money for him . i already have epassport acount . as much as i tried to understand how its working in the epassporte site i dont fully understand it .
A Gift Card means that the one you give the card to does not need to go through the verification process. You can send money to any epassporte account as long as you know the other's parties' ID. This would be the same for those you create the gift card for.
