Hi. I have an Epassporte account but it requires a transfer of $5 from someone who already has an account there. So, would any of you be willing to pay the $5 for me - in exchange I'l return the $5 to your PayPal. Or, as an alternative, perhaps there is some other place where I can get an online Visa card?
