ePassPorte Bad Experience

    I had a very bad experience with ePassporte and I don't know what to do now.

    I opened an account with them around 2 months back.
    Verified both with my credit card and US bank account.
    Loaded $1035 into my account from my Bank Account.
    Bought a Visa Electron card from them (which not yet arrived) $35.00 free.
    Did no transactions other than these.

    Then, today, they say my account is "Controlled". What it means is, my VISA card is blocked. I cannot withdraw money to my bank account or credit card.

    Now I have $1000 lying in my account which I loaded from my US bank account and I cannot do anything with it. Can't send it. Can withdraw it. But yes, I can login to my account and see everyday that its there in my ePassporte account.

    What the hack.

    Means, they say it cannot be ever changed.

    Call customer service they are very helpful,

    I have been using epassporte for years

    Call the customer service. I have seen almost 1% negatives for epassporte till now...seems good!

    I havn't had any problems with them, call customer service and see whats up.

    I gave them a call. They asked for some verifying documents which I will send them tomorrow. Will update on this.

    epassporte is notorious for banning accounts without any reason.

    ePassporte is very good and their customer service will be able to help you. Give them a call (holding times are bad but other than that they are great)

    If all else fails, get ahold of me or a trusted friend and send them your ePass funds and receive PayPal.. people do it all the time.
