ePass to PayPal

    I have a deal struck....
    the buyer can pay via epassporte only.
    Can i get funds to my paypal?
    or even,if not paypal,any other method so that funds are directly transferred to my ICICI Bank[India] account.
    epass takes $50 for outside US Bank transfers,that will take out major portion of the amount :(

    Any solution?

    maybe not......

    coz no money exchange iz legal here :(
    though i hv also lotz of questions regarding it ....
