    Is there anoter way to activate you ePasport account without uploading $25 in to it?. I want to get paid by a website that only pays to a varified paypal account (which i dont have) or a ePasport account. :(

    Have that website create a epassporte Gift Account for you. Otherwise there is no other way. I believe they need to pay $5 for the account for you. Ask them to deduct the fees from what they owe you and you be fine.
