    ...and generaly 3-letter domains .ME - what do you think? Is it worth investing?

    If I'm not mistaken there should still be a lot of 3-letter .me domains available, making them not worth a lot (read: regfee) unless they're something good.

    By "something good" I mean something pronounceable or (even better) a well known term.

    Obviously, domains such as Ask.me and Buy.me have sold for quite a bit of money (ask.me was $20k if my memory serves me) but Eot.me doesn't get anywhere close I'm afraid :(

    not really, there is nothing special about the domain.
