Environmental Handling Fee for Zencart

    is there anyone know how can i add the EHF into zencart?
    I tried the following combination:

    Action Site Attributes v1.08
    Environmental Handling Fees

    Numinix Product Fields(1.0.0)
    Product Handling Fees(v1.2.0)

    I am using zencart v1.3.9d, the problem is that i can set the group of names and fees, then set the products into different group of handling fees.

    But after i setup everything in the backend, and i go to my homepage, and try to select products then checkout the cart, there is no handling fee in the total, and the EHF is not calculated into the total.

    do these addons work for you? could you please suggest me something i can do?
