Selling Environment Green Blog

Have decided that my site load is too much for me to handle so am parting with some of my portfolio. This sale is for my Environment Green blog. It has been a fun blog that now has many people registered contributing unique content on a regular basis.

- site has been online for over 6 years started as a school project with my daughter of witch I continued after she was done
- great 2 key word .com top level domain
- images have been supplied from my iclipart pro account and are royalty free
- site has 330+ published posts, content material supplied from many different sources and still coming in on a regular basis
- site has a strong following of about 50 people that are registered users that provide content to the site
- recently the site lost its PR in the last update (was a PR4 site) and I have started working on trying to get it back for the next update

- google account with google email setup (plus some other services like mailchimp) to use own domain - this is a vintage account so is a free version with no fees like the current setups (transferable to new owner)
- facebook page with 600+ likes (transferable to any other FB account)
- feedburner
- have a few ebooks - paid (Green_Living_BOOK_077x.pdf paid ___ through Flippa)(Solar Power For Energy Book.pdf with resell rights) and PLR (Beginners Guide to Organic Growing) & (112-How-To-Make-Your-Car-Run-On-Water-PLR) that have been using to promote the site and are included

- traffic has been variant but usually always above 2500 uniques per month
- revenue has also been variant from link sales and blog posts sales, I have never been really good with adsence mainly because I hate it that you loose your traffic once they click the ad but I have tried it on and off over the years. currently only trying it with inner pages.

- hosting is not included
- sale includes domain and all content and account mentioned above
- payments via paypal only
