Green Building is a popular and growing niche, I could see this going for $xx now, more if you hang on to it, and even more if you can develop a site and promote it a bit.

I'm using 1and1 and have got the most basic hosting package so I can only have one page, what sort of things do I have to do to get more traffic.

I've submitted some keywords to the SEO thing in 1and1 so far.

I say for your enviroconstruct.com you should place for $100 so you can sell it fast and your other domain probably $15-20

Remember the minimum SEDO fee is $80 so it's not the best place for inexpensive domains.

You might want to try to sell it somewhere else with lower fees, eg. forums or TDNam.

development means putting a site up such as a blog or info site with content such as articles to attract visitors. Then you can put adsense or affiliate links to monetize your site. promotion involves building many inbound links to your site through various means you can read about online. it takes some work.

 

How do you know the minimum fee is $80 ? I thought they take 10% of sale price? Whats a good way of maximising my sale on this domain name? I've got over 100 people visit my website on SEDO so far, and i've increased increased my price expectation to 156 USD. I'm open to offers but no one has made an offer yet, i think i'll just wait.

I can put content on the site, but the problem is, I have no idea about environmental construction!
