Just printing some envelopes however for me my company return address misses the envelope and goes 'hard left'. I'm printing on plain jane number 10 envelopes (windowless). What is the default settings or envelope number(s) that Optigold is setup to print envelopes with as I'll buy some of those and do some testing? Thanks.

What type of printer are you using? Does your printer feed envelopes short side in, or long side in?

Printer is a Dell 1100 and takes envelope and pulls it through. Feed them length wise. Its as if it looking for a longer envelope as return address, just the last few characters get on envelope.

Does the print driver for that printer have the ability to have the print job as a document (like a PDF) by chance? If so, could you do that and send it to me?

Forgive my art work...highlighted in red is my issue. As you can see it only shows the last 3 characters of my postal code in return address.. [IMG]

I'm not really sure to be honest, I've run the envelope printing on all the printers I have available to me, and they are always coming out okay. Have you checked to make sure you have the latest print driver (it's a longshot, but a possibility I suppose).
