    Just got a reply today: "Unfortunately after my investigation, it seems we are unable to assist you further in this matter. Whilst I do understand your frustration, should you feel that our decision is unjustified you may take this matter further by making a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Services (FOS)."These guys are screwing me big time.

    I created a entropay virtual card. But it was not accepted at the transaction site. Can anyone suggest where it went wrong.
    Bank a/c-India, Visa Debit card load. payment site-dubai in dirhams. sufficient balance in entrpay account.

    yes some payment processor rejects(don't accept) entropay card...you cannot do anything for these :) :cool:

    so basically transaction site can tell, whether this is from a particular provider. that means the technology is not perfect for all sites. Also the first time I tried to pay the site diverted me to the verified by visa site connected to my original password. something problem here. I mean one the card has sufficient payment ammount and KYC has been verified, what's the prob?

    There are lots of payment processor each one has its own policy say whether to accept certain cards are not.......But in general they won't display a message like we don't accept virtual cards etc...

    yes...you can request entropay support to withdraw money from virtual card and request them refund the money back to your debit/credit card :)

    EntroPay is really very good service. I'm using entropay since 2008.

    Listen @M_rockz it's buyer responsibility to contact sellar correctly.

    Today there are lot of scams on internet. Even PAYPAL is considered as a FRAUD company by https://twitter.com/#!/internetbs
