Entrepreneur Forum Domain and site for sale

OK i'm selling this domain, its highly developed, but has some problems,

A couple of days ago i deleted the account off my server, by accedent! no backups etc, but i have backups from september 20th

Sill has lots of posts on the september backup though

The forum was getting around 120 Uniques a day, not a whole lot but still this was steady.

Its top result for the keywords 'Entrepreneur Forum' beating its main rival,

Young Entrepreneur

the site has a valid Vbulletin license, (can check if you wish)
and i have just renewed membership for another year in september.

The site when it went down had appx 5500 posts and over 2k members

Any serious offers are welcome, as it isn't to late to save this forum.

The forum is a valid PR2 and will boost hopefullyy on the next update

Also this forum comes with Http://EntrepreneurHosting.co.uk i set up and has made me appx 500GBP in the past year, i'm selling this as well because i'm closing my server, this site gets appx 60uniques a day, and most of the customers i get are from the forum.

The hosting domain is a valid PR1.
