Entrance in Goal Reverse Goal Path

    Hello Friends.
    1. I have set Goal for my website. I am facing a problem in this when i go to see Reverse Goal path then Entrance show in Goal previous path. What is this Entrance?

    2. Some conversion show all three previous steps are same URL. Why is this happening?
