Looking for low to mid 4 figure BIN

Which is very low considering the yearly revenue from script sales yearly for over 4 years continuously showing a pattern of sales.
Most popular sales is the mafia game script v4 listed on the site accounting for 65% of sales and the other 35% from facebook apps

I tried to sell before and never came to an agreement with anyone so just held onto the site and since then have made around 10,000 since,
with doing pretty much nothing but answering a couple emails from time to time with questions. the system is setup to be fully automated from the sale, to delivery.

what rights do the new owners get over scripts and site

 

New owner will have sole rights. I wont be selling them any more, and moving in a new direction.

Auction will end when a suitable price is offered for the site.
I have mentioned above the target pricing which is more then reasonable for the site.

With more then 4 years consistent profits the site should sell for 15-24 months profits however I am only asking a portion of that and around 6-8 months profit for the sale.

 

Let me make this clear. No LOW BALLING OFFER will be accepted.

The Site is clearing making repeat revenue yearly for the past 4-5 years between 12-20k and comes down to 900-1700/ month.


Im selling for 7500 ball park which for a 5 year site with consecutive months of equal revenue is unheard of. it should be selling for 15-24 months profit. stead of selling for what a 1-2 year old site sells for.

 

I want to see proof you make that much off of it.

i disabled the facebook applications from showing on the site so people didnt try purchasing them while the api is out dated. as stated above in this thread

the facebook applications need to be updated and then guaranteed to make sales from existing clients in the database alone.
besides the sales you would make listing here and other forums.

 

I just noticed this thread was started almost a year ago..... And you are still replying, so is this still for sale? Do you have any updated revenue for the pasdt 12 months? And has there been any updates on the script or apps?
Any other updated information since last December?

 

still for sale.. its a project i have sitting on my desk still. If i get a moment from creating software / bots ill have the api's updated for the facebook stuff and start the business back up again. Otherwise its still for sale for the right bid. Otherwise i'll hang onto it and update everything eventually.

no other sales since the above..

i haven't pushed the site, or updated the new api's for facebook apps. so temp disabled them from showing on the site.

though the site still receive's a good amount of traffic daily/monthly
